To whom it may concern,

I ordered from Lapy Desk last June 7 with order number 8165. However upon checking the China Post tracking number VR086407933YP... the item is already in my country since June 25 but the courier have not yet delivered the item. Then I coordinated my concern to our Local Post Office (Phil Post). They told me that China Post must give me the equivalent Phil post tracking number in order for them to locate the item (Example: EE123456789PH).

The Tracking number I have right now is from China Post which they cannot locate (VR086407933YP).

I am badly in need of the item. Hope you can help me track and speed up the delivery. Thanks!

VR086407933YP is shipped through Yanwen(a private shipping agent). Yanwen will use different post service to ship their customer's goods.

VR086407933YP actually was shipped by China Post airmail parcel number RV938858393CN. In Philippines Post website, RV938858393CN arrived Philippines Post System on Jun 25. Normally Philippines Post will not make delivery, you need call Philippines Post to pickup your parcel. Some handling fee might need to be paid.

Thank you so much for your help.

I will call Philippine Post Office to check my item. I am hoping we could locate the item coz the other day I just coordinated my concern to our Local Post Office (Phil Post). They told me that I need to give them the equivalent Phil post tracking number in order for them to track the item (Example: EE123456789PH).

The Tracking number I have right now is from China Post which they cannot locate (VR086407933YP). But I will try the new tracking number you gave me. I will keep you posted.

VR086407933YP is from Yanwen , a private shipping agent. Yanwen then used china Post airmail to ship your parcel. The real tracking number is RV938858393CN .

Philippines Post website shows RV938858393CN arrived Phil Post office in delivery office on Jun 25. Normally Phil Post will not make delivery, you need go to your local Phil Post office to pickup the parcel.
