Post PLEASE HELP: EMS mail 20 days NO UPDATE!!!!!

My mail has been sent out on March 1, and on 2nd it shows to leave china for san Francisco. And the status has been no update since then.

It's been 20 days! for a mail!!!!!! I can't believe this. It's not a package, just a mail of important documents. Can anyone tell me what happened to this mail, and what went wrong with it? Or anything I can do to find it?

EMS normally should arrive USA in one or two weeks. Your parcel should have some problem. Ask shipper file investigation with China Post EMS department asap.

thanks for the information. I already contacted the ESM representative, they told me there's a request to my file, and should be arrived soon. I don't know if this is the investigation you are referring to?
