Post parcel is lost??

Hi, I am not sure if my parcel is lost? I have ordered some items and the seller delivered separately into 3 parcels. I already got two parcels but I still haven't recieved the third one. Here is the tracking info:

RD423752843CN 2014 Received by China Post Shenzhen Canada 20140705 2003
RD423752843CN 2014 Export Security Scan Shenzhen Canada 20140706 0011
RD423752843CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Shenzhen Canada 20140706 1246
RD423752843CN 2014 Sent to airline Guangzhou Canada 20140707 0724
RD423752843CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Shenzhen Canada 20140712 1323
RD423752843CN 2014 Export Security Scan Shenzhen Canada 20140712 1324

It said is still transporting. and now is July 23. Anyone knows what is going on? The 3 parcels were sent by the same day. But howcome I couldn't recieve the third one still?

RD423752843CN was returned to Shenzhen. you should ask seller call 11185 and reship the parcel. If seller does not help you, open a dispute and claim refund.

but when I view the summary, it claimed:
2014-07-12 13:24, CNSZXA,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
2014-07-06 12:54, CNSZXA,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
2014-07-05 20:03, 518103,China, International item mailed in originating country

So I am not sure the parcel is still in Shenzhen or already en route to canada. very confusing.

Hello i still did not receive my parcel RJ125127265CN ..according to your info it is allready fore more then 3 weeks in shjanghai aiport (pvg) code ONROUTE..

3 weeks is ok. over 4 to 5 weeks will be a problem.
