Post Packages stuck at sorting center in the US for 26 days!

My packages arrived in the US on 5-20 but have been sitting at a sorting center ever since, with no additional movement. Is this normal? How much longer should this take?

US690023114CN - arrived at sorting center 5-20
US690009846CN - arrived at sorting center 5-22

Any help would be appreciated!

Based on my experience, your parcel has not arrived USA yet. The "arrival sorting centre" result is a little bit misleading.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach USA.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
