Can you please give some detail of the status of my packet RP680864389CN. I purchased the item on 11 Aug. The tracking stopped on 14 Aug. On 9 Sep the tracking said security return. Then on 12 Sep it said import customs release shenzhen, which is where my parcel originated from. It has been one month now and my parcel does not appear to have left China yet. I would appreciate any information on the status of my parcel. Thank you.

RP680864389CN was rejected by Shenzhen airport safety check point. It was returned to original post office in Shenzhen.

You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

I have contacted the seller who insists that my package is still in transit and says that I will have to wait for 60 days to elapse before I can apply for refund. The parcel tracking is showing that it is in Shenzhen since 11 September. Can you give me any further information on the status of my package. Thank you.

RP680864389CN was rejected on sept 11. there is no update anymore. you need open dispute for refund.
