http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 23. It is waiting for flight space to USA. waiting time can take 10 to 20 days, please wait some more time.

We only know the parcel was sent to airline warehouse on Sep 23. It can be still waiting in warehouse in china or in USA customs warehouse in Los Angeles. You can not know its exact situation until it passes USA customs.

Once the parcel is released from US government warehouse, it will be scanned by USPS and has new tracking status in usps.com.
