Post Ordered large package from Taobao and its taking longer than usual.

Hi everyone!

I frequently order from Taobao and ALWAYS go for EMS/DHL.

As a general rule it only takes about 8 days for my package to arrive after being shipped from the ware house. It shipped last Sunday and the shipping hasn't updated :(

I'm worried my package won't arrive before the 14th when I need it by. Can anyone give me any insight?

My tracking number is EA311367200CN

EA311367200CN shows the parcel left china on Nov 27. Now is busy season, US customs import processing might take 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient. There won't be any updates until US customs releases the parcel to USPS.

That is unfortunate. I ordered it DHL so if doesn't come in time I'm going to be pretty upset :(

UPDATE: I contacted USPS and they stated that the package has not arrived in the US and it very well may still be in China :( I am getting very frustrated with all of this.

US customs import processing might take 2 to 4 weeks. USPS can not know where it is until US customs releases the parcel. please be patient.

I messaged EMS. And they informed me it's just backed up. Had I known this was going to happen I wouldn't have bothered paying for express shipping.
