Post Order from early december still not delivered

My order was shipped on December 7, shipping # RN224960612CN and still hasn't been received. The last update is on December 15 which states the following: 2016-12-15 23:06:59.0Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared. Canada post has no record.

Hi, it looks stuck to me but I am not the expert here. My advice is to contact the seller and/or contact your credit card company if the seller doesn't fix it for you. Credit card companies have no issue refunding money.
