Please, I beg your help!

My item china post number: LK312788169CN was sent to bad delivery address!

The package is still on the way.

What can I do? Last update:

2014-12-30 14:58:00 GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center

I need it to be shipped to:

United States

you can not change address after the parcel was shipped. the parcel will be lost.

Your only hope is to either go to the post office that will receive it, or call them and pick it up with your photo ID. Maybe they will allow it, maybe not.

if your seller has not shipped the goods, ask seller change the address. if seller has shipped the goods, you can not change the address.

2. When your parcel will be scan by USPS then you could possibly contact USPS and tell them to change the delivery address. I don't know if USPS can do that.

3. You can track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

Unfortunately you can not change delivery address if parcel has been shipped by shipper.
