My ePacket LW198084040CN has been at CHINA, SHENZHEN EMS, for 5 weeks.

All my previous packages through this facility have typically left within a week.

Please help find my package.

your parcel should be in USPS import center in Chicago. USPS will not scan the parcel until import processing completes. So you can not see new status until the parcel is released from USPS import center(this might take 2 to 6 weeks).

If the package was sent to Chicago, I should see a record for it's departure and another for its arrival. For example, this is a previous package that also went to Chicago: LT777012344CN .

My problem parcel, (ePacket LW198084040CN ) says it has not left SHENZHEN . I am skeptical that the package is delayed in import processing because I typically see a record when it arrive. However, China Post sometimes sends the package back to the seller without ever showing a record.

China Post has record showing the parcel left for Chicago from Shenzhen on April 28 . USPS can not scan the parcel until it is released from Chicago import center. That is why you can not Chicago location in USPS website.
