Its been 14 days since, I have not gotten the item. On July 18, I received a notice from CapitalOne for verification, I was thinking maybe that letter came with the item. I called and contacted Canada Post so many times but they're all telling me that the sender has to contact China Post for them to start the investigation. I have told a different seller this years back before but they couldn't do it due to language barrier. I guess. Its so frustrating. How do I tell the sellee to contact China Post themselves? Can anyone translate it into their language to make it easier?

Canada Post website shows the parcel was delivered by post office in WINNIPEG,MB on Jul 18. Normally Canada Post will deliver the goods to your mailbox. If you did not get the parcel in your mailbox, it is very likely that someone has stolen your parcel.

It seems Canada Post is quite irresponsible for residents parcel. The only thing you can do is contact seller and ask him to file investigation from China Post. You can not file investigation with China Post directly.
