Hi, I would appreciate it if someone could check and see if there is a problem with my package delivery. My tracking number is LW819327995CN, and there seems to be no progress on the delivery since early this September. So, I was curious to see whether an issue arose, or if this time frame is normal for a delivery through China Post. Thanks in advance!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left China for Chicago on Sep 12. Now it should be USPS warehouse in Chicago airport waiting for import processing. USPS customs import processing sometimes is very very slow. Some of our users complain in early this year that USPS Chicago might take 30 to 90 days to complete the import procedure. Good news is that such complaints have reduced a lot since July. I hope you can get it in next 2 to 3 weeks.
