Tracking # EA336777188CN

I get tracking saying it never left China, never left export teminal, returned by China Customs......where is my package???

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA336777188CN shows the parcel is waiting for flight from Guangzhou to Chicago. Please wait one or two more weeks, it will arrive Chicago then. no need worry anything at this moment.

It's already been nearly 2 weeks since it was sent to the airport and a month since I've made the order

your seller delayed shipment for 3 weeks. the parcel was actually shipped on May 14. you need wait another one or two more weeks.

Wait...delayed? For what reason. It was purchased April 30th, shipped on May 14th....it's May 22nd here and I was just told it still never got on a plane in the 8 days it was sitting there that I'm to keep waiting...I thought EMS was fast shipping. I'll notify shipper
