I WAS ORDER LAST JANUARY 18 ON wigstyleofficial.com

they email me that my order is on the way and they give me a tracking number which is RT439686563HK. i tried many times to track it but the result always like this

Track another china post number
International Mail# RT439686563HK Tracking Result
1|#||4|1340|updatePanel|updatePanelMain|
No shipping record!

PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS MATTER !

RT439686563HK has nothing to do with China Post. It is hong kong Post tracking number. Hong Kong Post website shows the shipper is preparing shipment. I believe he has not shipped anything yet.
