So its been about a week. The seller finally responded Monday June 20; they said they'd look into it. At what point should I just ask for a refund?
I've ordered things from China before, lets face it most things come from China.
They usually arrive in a reasonable time of the expected estimated delivery date.
Last time my package didn't arrive; I wait 3 additional months after my item was suppose to arrive... before giving up and asking for a refund.

1. If you look carefully I answer your question in the above post of yours. I will repeat myself again:

There is a good possibility that your parcel is out of Canadian Customs in Canada:

2. What I can see, your parcel might be out of Canadian Customs, it might take up a week to 10 days for delivery to your home address depending where you live in Canada.

Somebody Help me Please! My order since April 30 stocked in one stage. When I tracked it, says "shipment been exported for internal bureau" never passed that stage till now it's 2months now! Tracking number is RO051990255CN
