Could someone find out the info about 69170458952 ... this was the tracking number I received when I ordered a gift toy for my son. I'd like to know where it is as it hasn't updated in over a month now. Contacted the seller and they assure me the parcel is on its way.

And this 8001431355747 ? Are both parcels lost ??

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

RG633445556CN posted ?? what exactly does that mean ?? and this ... Guangzhou, [Guangzhou] has been opened for export ... ??

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RG633445556CN left china on Oct 22. Canada Post has very low priority to process such airmail parcel. You might need wait 50 to 70 days to get it.

LM019277997CN is ePacket which is much faster than airmail. Now it is in Mississauga,On. You will get it very soon.

thank you for the quick response ... now i want to smack canada post for being so darn slow ... i understand priority ... but that long ... maybe they just don't like their jobs :( how i wish things were different.

RG633445556CN is china post register mail which will not be scanned by Canada Post. So even Canada Post does not know if it is in Canada.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped in Oct 2017. Normally China Post register mail parcel should reach canada receiver in about 90 days. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection(if seller does not response, open dispute).
