if your seller said the parcel was shipped on Jul 10, he is cheater. You should open dispute against fraud.

Hi my order number is LM662255262CN and my item has been shipped but its currently stuck on "Leaving parcel center Shanghai (China) Vancouver（经转） Shanghai (China)" for the past 9 days, so does this mean its on the way or its in vancover, ... I'm really confused ? Thank you for reading

LM662255262CN should be in Vancouver customs now. Canada customs import processing might take 2 to 4 weeks, please wait another 2 weeks.
