Bought something from AliExpress July 22, it shipped out July 31. Since then, the last tracking status was August 5, and it is now august 16 with no progress. All the American USPS site says Is preshipment. How much longer do I wait? Tracking number LW599724624CN

LW599724624CN left Guangzhou for Chicago on Aug 5. it should be waiting for import processing in Chicago now. import processing might take 2 to 4 weeks, you can not see new status in USPS website until it is released from customs. please be patient.

Hi, I am sending an important document from Alicante, Spain to Beijing, China. They explained to me that it would take 6-8 days. It has taken 14 days and still says "中国post express logistic 股份有限公司Beijing city international parcel center import customs scan" and it was cleared 8 days ago and is still not at the location i need. 8 days to get from one side of Beijing to another! Can I just have someone pick it up from the office in the Chaoyang or Wangjing district??

the parcel is in China Post Beijing office.It seems to have some delivery problem. You need ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

+86 10 11185? also do have staff their that speaks english?

You'd better ask receiver call 11185 within China. I don't think they can speak English.
