I guess the seller mixed with some illegal or unsafe item inside the parcel(for example the jersey might have same magnetic iron to avoid steal) . Otherwise it should pass safety check point very easily.

RV940602082CN seems ok. It was sent to airline on Jun 25.Normally parcel from China to Iraq is very slow. After sent to airline, parcel still needs 5 to 12 weeks to reach Iraq. You need wait some more time.
