My postal item stuck @ Guangzhou from 9th August and no any movement noted. need to checkwhat has happen to the pack.

EE011745597LK arrived China post sorting centre in Guangzhou airport on Aug 8. It never left there. This is bad news which means your parcel might be lost.

You need ask receiver call China Post hotline and inquiry delivery detail. You also need contact Sri Lanka Post to file an investigation to find the parcel in China.

Can I find anyone who can speak english there? Try to contact them but not undestand anything. my buyer not responding also
