if http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows china post has not received the parcel, it means your seller did not ship the goods yet. many seller delay shipment for one or two weeks. If you just got the number , wait one week and track again

the problem is that I had the tracking number 12 days ago and I think the seller should have shipped the goods now.. but the control continues to fail...
