Hello everyone!

I bought shoes from Amazon on May 29, 2017.. It says there that the Package should arrive on 11th of June but its already the 20th of June, 2017.

So I did a lil research on this website. It says:

LX356546016CN CHINA ITALY On route

History Detail

Local date/time Activity Location
2017/6/7 21:09 Received by Post Office 528231
2017/6/8 23:36 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

After June 8,2017 there are no more updates. Is it still in the Customs in GUANGZHOU?? I just want specific details if possible. I already contacted the seller but as of now, no replies. :(

When will my package arrive here in Italy? Is the tracking number legit?

i hope someone could help me.. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

normally ePacket will arrive Italy no more than 3 weeks. So if you can not get the parcel by end of June, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

Hello, chinapostvolunteer!

I need your help again.. I missed the package. Are they going to try again??? It says there to the update that the package is delivered unsuccessfully with remarks refused by addressee/ return to sender.

Please tell me what should I do.. Can you track where is it now and what Courier is it?

PLEASE HELP.

the parcel is still Italy Post office in Milan(MILANO MI, In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale). You should contact Italy Post immediately and see if they can redeliver the parcel to you. If they can not do it, the parcel will be returned to China.
