I bought it on amazon, but unfortunately there was no one in the house. amazon tells me to contact the courier but how can i do it? thank you

Italy Post website shows " Ufficio Postale VERONA 31 in VIA MONTEROTONDO 21, In lavorazione presso l'Ufficio Postale", you should contact your local Italy Post and try to pickup the parcel immediately before it is returned to China.
