I need help with a shipping.

In accord to Poste Italiane, the shipping is still in China.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php left china on Oct 15. now is rush season, it will travel through many airports to reach Italy customs, this might take about 10 to 20 days. Then It will wait in Italy customs for another 2 to 3 weeks to get customs clearance. You can not see new status before Italy customs release it to Italy Post.

your parcel status will look like it is still in China customs after it actually left China. The status will not change until parcel arrives your country and pass customs clearance.
