Post I cant find my orders HELP PLEASE

Hi, I'm looking for 5 orders. I purchased from china and at the time of the orders I was given these codes, but what are they exactly? who do I call? the Italian postal service doesn't track them, but a parcel with 44685011657 code I was sent by china post also others arrive with china post?

these are china post regular mail. You can not track the exact location of them. Normally if you can not get the goods in 40 days, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

two of these shipments are in Italy for 20 days, according to her were lost or this type of mail is stopped? I have to open against those who dispute the sender or the Italian post office? and where it opens?

Kindly check for mw status of this RN217852484CN. Its been 7 days but no details shipping.
