I sent a letter by EMS from Fuzhou to Italy on December 25

EMS number: EE843307807CN

It hasn't arrived yet to Italy. If I track the number online, I'll get a message saying that that shipment number doesn't exist.

If i type it on Baidu it says that on December 26 it was sent to Fuzhou Airport.

The local post office in Fuzhou said this morning (January 4th) that the letter has arrived to Europe, but how they could track it I have no idea.

They only showed me the same Baidu page that still says that on December 26 it was delivered to Fuzhou airport. How the local post office can tell me it is already in Europe I have no idea.

I just know that a simple 14 gram letter cost me 224 RMB to send to Europe by EMS and it hasn't arrived yet. A really expensive price, considering the slow service.

2. Now your parcel need to be scan by Italy Post for any new tracking.

January 9th and the parcel hasn't arrived yet.

Baidu or Chinese mail tracking don't report any update. Last update is December 26.

1. I have the same thing as you, there has been no scanning of the parcel by Italy Post Office.

2. Maybe they should have explain to you this:

This is China Post Express Post Service (EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.
