Item was shipped with tracking reference LL480498530CN.
The tracking system says yesterday there was a failed delivery attempt. However, I was at home at the time and waiting for it. Now I see that the postcode on the tracking system is wrong. It is not what was on my order with the seller.

How do I get the parcel redirected to the correct address as per my order? The seller doesn’t advertise a phone number or contact email address.

Your seller might have printed wrong address/zipcode in the parcel. You need call Royal Mail to redirect the parcel to your home. If Royal Mail can not redirect the parcel to your correct address, you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
