can someone help me discover what happened to my order?

The tracking number is RO281211475CN the information doesn't change since August 7th.

It was created but never shipped out from the seller.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO281211475CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you should be scammed.

If paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I already had open a dispute a few days ago and it finished today. they will refund me.
