10 days is not long. If parcel has left China, status will freeze for 2 to 6 weeks as none scan the parcel outside china.

your parcel is on the way to India, you no need worry anything at this moment. Once your parcel arrives India, you can see India location in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php

Hello tracking #LW043802715CN it was shipped March 28th still has not been delivered. I'm moving homes so address is going to change, how do I know where my package is. Who will deliver it.

USPS will deliver the parcel. USPS website does not show any delivery info about this parcel, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
