Dear Support,

My package was supposed to be delivered in a week from today but instead, according to the track & trace, China Post tried to deliver the package yesterday Sunday evening at 10 pm (?!?!?!). We were at home nobody came to try to deliver anything.

There was no delivery attempt note of any kind in the mailbox.

Could you please tell me when China Post will try to re-deliver my package ?

The last track & trace entry shows that after the non existing attempt of yesterday it is back to the custom clearance process.

I am really looking forward to hearing from you.

LL101728787CN arrived Netherlands on April 7. You can call Netherlands Post for delivery detail.

The website of postnl cannot track that track & trace code. If Chinese Post had given it to postnl you should have the postnl track & trace code of it. Could you please give it to me so I can look for my package on the Dutch post service ?

you probably need call postnl. China Post does not know what is the tracking number in Netherlands. It is assigned by postnl.
