Post Two orders taking very long to arrive

Hi guys,

There are two orders that are taking very long to arrive, and specially one of them is really bugging me:

LVS169805003823564 from Bpost International, a car accessory, it says that it has been delivered to my country's post operator in September 28... How can it be it hasn't arrived since then?

The other one is UN151932176CN , 17track says the last event was departure from China in september 14 (!) one month ago, and no evolution since then...

Plz help me.

LVS169805003823564 is not china post tracking number. We can not give you any suggestion on this parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN151932176CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 14.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
