Hello

My package with tracking number LO373578036CN is stuck on Shenzhen since 31.10.2019 is there some sort of problem with the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO373578036CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Swizterland on Nov 2.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Swizterland Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Swizterland). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Swizterland Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Swizterland Post website will show its new status with Swizterland location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
