Hi

I sent a small parcel from France with tracking number LA017634325FR, on August, 1st 2018

Because there is no special agreement between french Post and China Poste There is no further tracking information after it was released from french customs (Charles De Gaulle Airport).

Yet the french post received the information that the parcel arrived in Beijing on August, 4th 2018

It was 13 days ago !!

The recipient is still waiting for the parcel ...

Can you tel me if the parcel is in route to the recipient ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA017634325FR shows no china location info, it has not arrived China yet. Normally parcel will take about 2 to 6 weeks from France to China, you need some patient.

Sorry, but it has arrived in Beijing on august 4th the french post confirmed that to me.

They gave me the information of the container in which the parcel traveled to china :

FRCDGA CNBJSC A UN 8 0195 031 00086 départure from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport on august, 3rd à 8h27 local time (Paris)

The thing is, the french post does not have agreement with china post for that kind of parcels to scan and track every step from departure to final delivery.

Since it has been 14 days now that the parcel arrived in Beijing, I think it should be delivered by now.

And the recipient says it is not. Why ? and where is it ?

China Post does not have any arrival information of LA017634325FR. It might be stuck in China customs for customs clearance or lost in China customs. China customs is terrible, none can know what happens there. You can do nothing but waiting. Once the parcel enters into China Post warehouse from China customs, it will show China location in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .
