Hi my tracking number is RD406488327CN and the seller said that it should be delivered within 15-26 days. But for over a week now, the tracking hasn't updated and stays at ,2014-07-09 08:04, 杭州国际, 出口总包直封封发, 美国, Departure from outward office of exchange, US.

I really need the package by July 26th. Do you think I could receive it by then and why won't the tracking update? Please let me know, thank you.

Also, I have another order which I've been tracking and for over 10 days now, it's stuck on , Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. The tracking number is RF236540201SG. Is the package almost here? Or is it stuck on customs. Please let me know about both packages. Thank you.

and the state is : 2014 Arrived Import Customs HUBUDA Hungary 20140724 0823

What does it mean,and when can I expect my Package ?

you need some patient. Singapore post needs about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive USA.
