Apparently it was shipped 7 weeks ago with no updated details since.

Can someone help please.

89348126480 is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not update such parcel's status after it left first post office. So you cannot know where it is now.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute. Otherwise keep waiting.
