Hi together,

Parcel arrived in Germany @ Depot nearly me, but is not deliverd to me an no one from DPD can't find anything for me.
I also haven't the Parcel-Nr. generated from DPD to track in Germany, It's normaly a 14 Digits-Number.

Please help me 뀰

Unfortunately you are not the only one having this problem, of a parcel arriving in Germany but nobody seems to know where it was sent to :(

You might also check with DHL, to see if they have your parcel instead.
