Hi. My parcel is in the same status for 16 days .Can you tell me if this is normal or what happened to it ?Thank you !

RY525624031CN left china on Nov 2. you can not see new status when parcel is outside china. this is normal. please be patient and wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything to you . You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real shipment tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

RY712204606CN is waiting for airline space from Beijing to Romania. It is a little bit delayed but still in normal time frame. You can wait one or two more weeks and see if you can get it by Feb 20. If not, then open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

Hi, can you please help me with my issue as well? my package was sent from Chinapost on 30/12/2017 and expected arrival date was anywhere between 11 jan - 18 Feb, yet the tracking stops on 30/12/17. Can anyone assist?

These kinds of tracking numbers (11 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail, a cheap service for low value items. They don't have any tracking outside of China, so it's not even possible to say where your parcel is now.

If it doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, you might want to contact your seller and see about getting a refund.

Hi, my parcel has this status on two diffrent track and trace sites form Singapore :
Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article

On the aliexpress they say status is : shipment acceptrd by airline .

What does this mean? Are they fooling me?

Where is my parcel ?

RB565758014SG is singapore post tracking number. Singapore Post website shows " Information Received ". This means seller has told Singpare Post he plans to ship this parcel but Singapore Post has not actually received his parcel.

Many china seller use singapore post to ship battery item. Normally it will take about 7 to 10 days between " Information Received " and Singapore Post actually getting the parcel. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks and track again.
