Hello, I would like to ask about my parcel from 1.12. 2018. Number LF589460980CN. Last information is from 9.12. Whats the status please? Thanks in advance for information.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF589460980CN was sent to airline on Dec 9.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Czech Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

according to translator, it looks like parcel went from Guangzhou to Urumqi and than back to Guangzhou? Weird. And there is no information that parcel at least left China. Well, it has last 10 days to arrive.

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Thanks it has been like that since ordered it on Tuesday morning. Although it says shipped on Amazon UK

They told me order/tracking number was a mistake between the cargo agent & the warehouse. Then sent the same number again hahaha. assured me it was sent.
