Hi,

My order from aliexpress was sent through your service, the tracking number is LM027185538CN.

It is indicated that it was delivered, but I never received the package. The seller refuses to refund me saying that it's the responsability of the carrier.

As it's a tracked order, I want a refund or the identity of who the package was delivered to...

1. Were you able to talk with La Poste for your parcel? Can they launch an investigation? Was the parcel maybe delivered to the wrong address by La Poste. It is very weird because the only thing they show is this on the La Poste site:
Date Statut Localisation

21/06/2016 Distribué FRANCE

2. If they can not answer your question because you are not the sender of the parcel, then contact seller and ask him to have China Post to start an investigation about the parcel that you did not received. Please make sure you contact seller through you Aliexpress account.

3. Depending on the answer of the seller if he still does not want to do anything, then your only option is to open a dispute. Please in the narration include all the text message you send to the seller through your Aliexpress account as proof.
