Hey there!
I've been tracking two of my parcels from China. I ordered from GearBest, and the shipping method is "Europe Railway Registered", also known as "FZRAMYT".
As far as the shipping updates tell, both parcels have been on the exact same train from Chongqing, since they have the exact same tracking updates on the exact same times from China, through Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Poland.
Now, one of the parcels arrived to Denmark on Dec 13, and was delivered on Dec 15.
But the other one has not entered Denmark yet, according to the tracking, and has not been delivered.
Delivered: RN433295992CN
Not delivered: RN432955345CN
The last tracking update the parcels have in common is from Małaszewicze, Poland on Dec 8. 09:27:34 (11 days ago).
Now I'm wondering why one of the parcels seems to be stuck in Poland (or possibly Germany, since it possibly left the center in Poland).
- I've contacted GearBest, who says the delivery deadline is 13/01/18, and that I have to wait...
- I've asked at my local post office, but they don't have it in their system.
- I've also asked the customer service of the national Danish mail company, PostNord, but they only knew that "The shipment item has left the country of the sender".
Since both parcels have been on the same train the whole way to Europe, I find it a bit odd, that the one of them didn't get delivered yet, when the other already did, and the tracking has not updated for 11 days.
So, does any of you know what could possibly have happened to my parcel, and what I can do?
Is there anyone I could try contacting? China Post, Polish Post, German Post, Deutsche Bahn, DHL?
Does anybody here know, who handles the parcels (to Denmark) from the China-Europe-railway, after they get off the train? As far as I know, this train from Chongqing in China goes to Duisburg in Germany.
My 3 main questions are:
- Who handles the "Europe Railway Registered" parcels to Denmark after they get off the train in Germany (or Poland?)?
- What could have happened to the parcel that was not delivered? (Lost, stolen, customs?)
- What can I do, who can I contact?
Best Regards,
Laurids
