Can anyone help please? this item has been in transit for nearly 3 months? I's this in transit or stuck at customs? LX331091282CN will I receive this?

I ordered a An item Saturday the seller shipped Monday I try to track and it says no shipping record Can someone help

LX331091282CN delayed in shanghai for 2 months and just left shanghai on Jul 20. The parcel should have some problem. I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel.

I am still unclear so it left shanghai on the 20th is it in transit to U.K.?
