Hello, I have ordered a package at the shop DHGate and received a fake shipment number from the seller. This states that the package has been delivered. Now I need proof for DHGate that the package was not addressed to me. How do I get to the recipient's address?

you can not know receiver address. you should open dispute to dhgate and explain that you did not get the parcel.

I have already opened a dispute with DHGate, they said that I have to prove that I have not received the package. They only see the status, which says that it is delivered. It would be enough for me that it was not addressed to me.

Today I contacted the German Post by phone. They told me that the shipment LZ178215302CN is not a parcel, but a registered letter. This is interessting, because in a registered letter does not fit the thing i have ordered.
About the recipient, the German Post could not provide information, since it is probably still at the customs.
Can you give me the proof , that the shipping is only an registered letter ?
