se provi a tracciare il pacco sul sito delle poste dice che è stata rispedita al mittente (perchè non eri in casa quando era prevista la consegna o qualche altro motivo)

chiama al più preso il numero delle poste e chiedi spiegazioni perchè non è normale questa cosa. In genere quando non ti trovano a casa per la consegna il pacco va in giacenza all'ufficio postale più vicino (così che tu puoi andarlo a ritirare) per tot giorni e solo dopo che nessuno si fa vivo per un po' di tempo viene rispedito al mittente. Non è normale che hanno provato a consegnartelo il 15 ed è subito partito per essere rispedito al mittente.

edit: può darsi, e lo spero per te, che sia un errore del sito delle poste perchè quello che dice è davvero inusuale.

la prossima volta ti consiglio, per qualsiasi ordine futuro, di monitorare le tue spedizioni sul sito delle poste e quello ems (in questo caso visto che è un epacket). Avresti saputo per tempo che il pacco era in Italia e in consegna 😉

it says that there was a failed delivery attempt (you weren't home or other reasons) and they sent it back to the sender (the seller). It hadn't left Italy, though. I'd call poste italiane as soon as possible and ask them what's up with your parcel because this producedure is not normal! Usually when the postman is not able to deliver the package to the person, the package will be available for the person to take it from the postal office by themselves and it should thus stay at the closer postal office of your city for a number of days before it's sent back.

It could quite possibly be a bug in the poste italiane tracking service. In either case you can only know by asking the customer service asap by calling them.
