Hi, my order was shipped Shipped on 06/25/19 and LL487298055CN was provided.

Seller says it was sent but claims it cannot be tracked outside of china when I asked him why there is no tracking available still.

Is he lying?

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.

I was already going to do that. It's a shame that the seller would selectively scam someone, it is a seller which has around 100 positive feedback ratings on ebay, only 3 negative that are suggesting he is selling counterfeit.

which website did you purchase from? You should be very cautious to those no-name websites where seller can cook good feedback for themselves.
