My item was chipped from China on 1st April and arrived in UK 15th yet has been stuck in Langley sorting office ever since. I was told by my seller that this is normal and my item is still on it's way? I feel this item is lost that has been 33 days in total. Can anyone offer advise on a way to track further or a number to contact for HWDC sorting office in England - my tracking number is RK445882085CN

The parcel is in Royal Mail system after it arrives UK and China Post does not control the parcel anymore. I suggest you call Royal Mail and see if they can help you to locate the parcel. If Royal Mail can not find the goods, it should be lost.
