Post Inconsistent tracking results from ChinaPost

Hi

Maybe someone has experienced a similar thing and can somehow explain to me what's happening or help me.

I have ordered 2 identical items from ebay UK. Both were paid for and have been marked with tracking numbers from wishpost/chinapost. The arrival date to UK was supposed to be Nov 8 2018. The tracking was updating on wishpost/chinaposts and various other tracking sites until Nov 8 2018 when the last record says
1) departed on flight CZ303 to destination country - on some sites
2) something like 'plan to pay the airline to ship to desination country' - on some other sites
3) no information since Nov 6 2018 (after customs scan in Guanzhou) - third group of sites.

China Post official tracking gives me either 'no shipping record' or the same record about customs scan on Nov 6 2018 depending on when I do the tracking - the result is unpredictable.

Given that shortly after I paid for the items they were removed from ebay as originating from 'most likely hacked' account - I am even more concerned about the situation.

Can someone please help.

The tracking numbers are

UQ315028122CN
UQ315016172CN

Kind regards,
Yevgen

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for your response. However the estimated delivery time was 8-Nov-2018, not 4-12 weeks and the packages were actually updating up to the 6-Nov.
Can anyone else shed some light onto it, please

If your seller gave you delivery promise of Nov 8, he is misleading. You should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
