How long does this packed need to arive in switzerland?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 13. Normally it will take 30 to 60 days to reach Europe.

Why does this take so long? My other packets only had like 10-15 days or less like this one

RH913036241CN is china post register mail which is faster than china post ordinary parcel 37981579825
