http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LX920960488CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Oct 23

Normally epacket should arrive UK in 2 to 4 weeks, your parcel seems to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new status by Dec 20, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
