hi thanks for you reply, i wanted to know if a parcel is "Lost" what is the procedure for chinapost?

im assuming they return it back to the senders address? is this the case?

1. If China Post finds a parcel like maybe at the bottom of a bag or was left sitting in a corner, I suspect they will try to deliver the parcel.

2. Same thing apply on the Royal Mail side if they found a parcel that's been sitting in a corner or fell a conveyor belt, they will try to deliver.

hi do you know the number for chinese customs? or how the seller can get in touch with them? i think my parcel is being held in chinese customs.

Is there something that makes the package late up? Because I often use china post and usually package arrive within two weeks.
