Hi,

Since 6/05 i ordered a package from the online store. They gave me the tracking code, and said the shipping wil be 5-7 workdays.
Tracking Code: LX335433169CN
First update:

2017-05-11 21:29:00 FuJianShengPuTianShi GUOJIYEWUBU Posting
2017-05-12 01:50:00 FuJianShengPuTianShi PUTIANSUDI Despatch from Sorting Center

Since then there are no more updates. My question is:

When wil the package arrive at the destination and what is the reason for the delay?
Is the package on the way?

the parcel left Putian for Fuzhou on May 12. It is a little bit strange as the parcel should show status in Beijing or Shanghai one week ago but it didn't. Maybe it is lost(not very likely) or it have left China without further scan.

I suggest you wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by early June, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

I ordered a package from a online store on May 8th. They sent me a tracking number and said I will receive my package around 5-7 workdays.

The first update was on May 14, and the last one on May 15th.

My tracking number is: RS613093855CN.

So, I want to know, when will my package arrive? Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel actually was shipped on May 14. It has left China and you can not know exact location at this moment. Based on our statistics, You will get the parcel in Spain in about 2 to 5 weeks(before end of June)
